10 Featured Projects from the Solana AI Hackathon
We picked 10 of the more than 400 applications for the event, which will take place at the end of 2024.
Good morning.
Mitsui from web3 researcher.
Today, as part of our weekly web3 x AI Agent series of articles, we will discuss the 10 hottest projects of the Solana AI Hackathon.
What is the Solana AI Hackathon?
The Solana AI Hackathon was an online hackathon held from December 10-23, 2024.As the name implies, it is open to developers deploying AI projects on Solana, with a total prize pool of over $250k.
In addition to the main prizes by the Solana Foundation, ai16z, GOAT, and others, there are several subtracks supported by a number of sponsors.
The winner will be announced around January 10. Actually, the winner has not been announced at the time of research, but since all participating projects have been made public, I dare to write this article at this time.
In total, 427 projects participated in this year's hackathon, with the largest number of participants from the U.S. and India; the most common domain for AI agents was the chat type, followed by the influencer type.
The list of projects can be viewed from this page. This article introduces 10 of these projects that I personally found interesting.
10 Featured Projects
1,ALL-TIME-HIGH
This project combines meme coins, AI agents, and LLM-based PVP content. Here's how it works.
The user creates an agent on the platform and a matching meme token is automatically activated through PumpFun.
When the token reaches ATH within 5 minutes, a battle begins between agents on the platform.
The outcome of the battle depends on the prompts (attacks, features, etc.) the user provides when creating an agent.
Results are recorded on a leaderboard.
The project combines gamification and AI agents by creating an AI agent, which automatically fights and keeps track of the results.
2,Meme Republic
A project to provide AI agents with avatars in a virtual space so that they can talk and act autonomously.
