Today is the second part of the "In-depth Dissection of Runes. In the first part, we gave an overview of the history of Runes, and in this second part, we will discuss "Representative Projects," "Surrounding Ecosystem," and "Prospects and Considerations. 🏆 Representative Projects

First, we will introduce some of the famous projects mentioned in the description of "Runes". The projects selected are based on our own prejudice.

1, Runestone

The Ordinals (NFT) project, which was given away for free to those who were early Bitcoin Ordinals and had 3 or more Ordinals, was founded onMarch 3, 2024by a developer who operates an Ordinals-related marketplace calledLeonidas. The project was founded by the developer who operates an Ordinals-related marketplace called Leonidas. It will be the largest airdrop in the world, distributed to a total of 112,383 wallets, with over 90,000 holders. Although it was a free airdrop, the price skyrocketed in just a few days, with a current floor price of 0.02298 BTC.

Runestone itself is Ordinals' NFT, butLeonidashas announced plans to distribute three Runes tokens to this holder; the first round of $DOG tokens will be distributed this month, and more excitement is expected.

2, RSIC

RSIC Metaprotocol made headlines in January when it airdropped 21,000 Ordinals into the wallets of Ordinals collectors; RSIC is a play on the term ASIC, a type of bitcoin miner. It plans to issue a token called $RUNE in the future.
