Today's article is titled "My Personal 3 Biggest Trends and 3 Biggest Trends for 2025," in which I consider the trends that are likely to be exciting in the year 2025.Please note, however, that I have added the word "personal" to this article, so it is more of a subjective viewpoint than a bird's-eye view of the industry as a whole.

Three of my personal big trends for 2025

1, AI agent

The first is still AI agents.I have recently started a series of articles in my newsletter and have also posted a series of AI agent-related posts on X.Also, every media forecast I've seen predicts that AI agents will be all the rage in 2025.

I agree, and I believe that AI agents will be at the center of the first bubble in 2025.

I believe the reasons for this can be categorized into three categories as follows

• It has a new narrative

• Is a new technical area

• The market size is large.

Regarding the first new narrative, the act of AI thinking and transmitting autonomously is meme-like in itself, as the original starting point of the AI boom was the Terminal of Truth.

In 2024, Pump[...].The new meme coins that came out in FUN and exploded also had some new narrative.Simply put, anything that becomes a story that is spread on social networking sites is likely to be valued as a meme coin.

AI agents are crazy prone to that phenomenon.

First of all, since the content is AI, all the pillow talk will have AI in the form of AI said .In addition, it still says a ton of things, so that's where the story comes in.

And since AI agents always respond immediately to posts they are mentioned to, their reactions are also interesting and can easily generate topics on X.

This new narrative is the first reason why AI agents are attracting attention.

The second is the new technological domain.In the big picture, I think AI agents will revolutionize the front end, the user installation aspect.Naturally, the technological innovations behind the scenes to provide that front end are also making people angry, but they have the potential to dramatically change user behavior.

For example, if you leave it to an AI agent, it will act autonomously, such as managing your assets or managing social networking sites on its own.This provides a high level of convenience, especially for new users.

Currently, the CEX vs. DEX battle has the aspect that CEX is more secure, but DEX should have the aspect that there are infinite tokens and too many options, making it difficult.

Here, if DEXs are equipped with AI agents and can operate autonomously, the number of options will be drastically reduced, and the DEX share may increase.

And the third and final point.

It may be stating the obvious that the market is large, but this means that the AI agent wave may not be limited to the crypto industry.

For example, there are rumors that OpenAI is planning to release an AI agent service in Q1 2025; the AI industry is also beginning to enter AI agents as the next trend.

And we believe that this trend in the AI industry will partially intersect with the trend in the crypto industry.If so, the market size will differ by orders of magnitude from what it has been so far.In fact, ai16z's GitHub commits rank high among all projects, and people in the existing AI industry are starting to mention it.

I also think that this is not something that only emerging projects are talking about, but rather that existing projects will continue to start releasing AI agents.For example, UniAI agents and OpenSea AI agents.

Based on these reasons, I believe this will become a larger trend.

If AI agents are a flashy bubble, stablecoins spread quietly.
